I recently created a vision board, and I couldn’t be happier. It has only been a few days now, but every time I look at it, I feel this energy channel into me and it makes me feel powerful and confident. I was talking to my sister the other day, and she said that she didn’t believe in vision boards. I tried really hard to convince her to make one as well, but her opinion stayed the same. The reason I’m writing this blog is so that you guys can experience the same beautiful feeling I felt and improve your life significantly! So, regardless of whether you believe in vision boards or not, you’ve come to the right place.
First off, it’s important to understand what a vision board actually is. Put simply, it is a visual representation of your goals and dreams in life, and it is a board where you can put photos, and quotes/words to inspire and motivate you to stay focused on your aims in life.
Creating a vision board is closely related to manifesting your dream life using the law of attraction. The law of attraction is the idea that what a person thinks or focuses on can become a person’s reality, whether positive or negative. A vision board is a powerful way to engage your subconscious mind and law of attraction to make your dreams and goals reality. So, when you look at your vision board, your subconscious mind will be working and helping you achieve your dream life.

Vision board have been used for many years, and have increased in popularity over the last few. If you’ve been following this blog and reading the success blogs, vision boards are a great, great way to get you closer to success, whatever it means to you. The first benefit of creating a vision board is that makes your dreams clear. A vision board is literally a visual representation of your dreams and goals, and by putting it into words and pictures, you are able to vividly and clearly see them. It isn’t just a vague thought in your mind, it is an actual image of how you want to future to look like.
When you are unclear about what you want in life, your mind cannot simulate strategies to achieve them. However, with a clear image of what you want to accomplish in life, you’ll be able to come up with an action plan and steps to take to bring you to the right results.
Most people are living in mediocrity because they are unsure about what they want. Don’t be like those people, and instead, start by creating a vision board so that you can start mapping your way to success!

When you imagine something vivid in your mind, your mind will invigorate all of your senses – what you see, hear, smell, touch, and taste. The more vivid the pictures you see through your mind, the better the results.
Visualization helps you see things from a bigger and different perspective, allowing you to be more creative in solving problems and coming up with more than one answer. Harness the power of creativity by creating a vision board!
Along with this, just the process of taking pictures and quotes and making a nice graphic out of them is a creative exercise itself.

When you see yourself accomplishing your goals and living the life of your dreams, you will be motivated to work hard to make that a reality. Without knowing what you want in life, you go in endless circles, getting nowhere. However, when you know what you want, which can be achieved by creating a vision board, you can go after it with a specific plan in mind.
Wasting time is the #1 factor that is stopping me, and maybe you, too, from being productive, but when you have a vision board that you look at every morning, it will inspire you to stop wasting your precious time on things that don’t matter. When you look at it, you will know that you have to get to work if you want your dreams to come true.
5. Provides focus
Just like how a vision board can motivate you and make you more productive, it can also provide the focus you need to work on your goals.
If you sit quietly, just concentrating on your vision board, you are improving your ability to focus as you are visualizing your achievements.
Focus is something that is lacking in many teenagers, including me, today. A major reason many of us fail to achieve our goals is that we get distracted by something else, and eventually, we forget about our goals and get so lost in the average routines of our lives.
This is why a vision board is so crucial for us teenagers. It will guide us in the right direction towards our success and will help us focus on only the things that will help us on our path to success, not distract us from it.
6. Boosts determination
Creating a vision board that contains your goals and dreams will boost your determination to achieve those goals and live those dreams. Think about it like this – when you see a movie and see a character in a movie that you want to be like, you think about how you can become that person and what you have to do. Your vision board is who you want to become and it boosts your determination to work hard to become that person.
Essentially, when you think about the achievement of your goals, you will be driven and inspired, making you feel positive to take action. And, when you are positive, you are more likely to work through the tough times instead of give up and quit.
7. Pushes your desire
Your vision board can grow your desire for the things that you want to achieve too. When you keep thinking about what you want and about living the perfect life you desire, you will feel inspire and the urge to take action will be strong. You will build a strong desire to strive for what you want.
Just like goal setting, when you look and imagine the things that you want to have in your life, such as your dream sports car, you will subconsciously increase the desire to achieve that goal. And having a strong desire for what you want to accomplish in life is an important attitude you must adopt. Without a strong desire, you will settle for less. This is why most people are not living their dreams. They are settling for less because their desire for what they want is not strong enough.

Success starts with intention. No matter what you want to accomplish in your life, you will first have the intention to achieve it. Think about it, everything starts as an idea in someone’s head before it was manifested into the real world. The computer or the smartphone you are looking at right now was once an idea inside someone’s head. The chair, the table, the ceiling fan, the car, the sofa, and everything else in this world exist as an idea.
And because the intention is there, people are able to transform their ideas into real physical products. The same principle applies to what you want to have in your life. If you want to become a professional basketball player, you must first create the intention in your mind. And then work on that intention. And having a vision board will help you in creating the intention in your head.

Ever since I created my vision board and look at it every morning, a smile appears on my face and I can’t help it from growing.
What you visualize each day are your thoughts. And, your thoughts become your life. So, when you think about positive thoughts, such as helping others, achieving your goals, and having fun, you’ll feel happy and positive. On the other hand, if you spend your time worrying about school, friends, or anything else, you will feel sad, negative, and stressed.

I believe that the main benefit of using a vision board is that it helps unleash our inner potential. As teenagers, we go around doing random stuff, like watch TV or scroll through Instagram, without even realizing that we could be doing something so much better right now. Having a vision board can help you realize that.
When you create a vision board, you have no limits. You could live in the biggest house in the world on a beach and have a Ferarri. You can literally do anything you want.
This limitless thinking will make you unleash your inner greatness to achieve something that you truly want deep within you!
11. Boosts chances of success
Last but not least, creating a vision board will improve your chance of success. One of the many reasons that support this is that when you look at what you want and visualize it, you will be committed to achieving it. Along with this, the pictures on your board will allow you to improve your performance and focus on your aim.
After all, when you can visualize all the success in the world, why would you not work hards towards getting that success?
